Don’t take yourself too seriously. Laugh. Life is short. Do yoga because you love the way it makes you feel, not to fix yourself. You are perfect, just the way you are!

5)What is your most embarrassing moment on the teacher’s box?
When I first started teaching I taught at the bikram yoga headquarters in LA. On my second day of teaching, one of the senior instructors came to the class. I remember being really nervous and trying to make jokes… which were not very funny.

Driving in my car.

Best thing- loving what I do, worst thing- wet dirty yoga clothes to wash
