Don’t wipe your feet on other people.
Just kidding.
But it is probably best if we all stick to some basic sweaty rules … so here goes:
- Sweat unto others as you’d have them sweat unto you …
- Our lobby opens 30 minutes before each scheduled class.
- If you are brand new to our studio on your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to sign up, there are no reservations necessary.
- All practitioners should be in the yoga space 5 minutes before class begin
- Please turn your cell phone off as you arrive.
- Please kick your shoes off in the lobby, no shoes in locker room or practice space.
- Please sign in at the front desk every day when you first arrive .
- Clear water in the studio only. No glass bottles. No pouring water over your self during class.
- All students must practice on a mat and towels.
- Late comers will be let in at the discrection of the manager, and will only be let in between breathing postures. Brand new students will not be let into the room late under any circumstances,
- One set of towels included in price of class, extra towels can be rented at $1.
- You should not enter or exit the practice space while a posture is being practiced.
- Mat storage is for unlimited packages, this does not include intro specials or hard ship rates.
- The studio is quiet during class and savasana
- Feel free to use our showers before or after class.
- In consideration of those with sensitivities or allergies, please refrain from wearing strong scented products while taking class
- If you are not feeling well, please rest at home and come see us when you are feeling better.
- Please bring your own lock, or buy one from us. You must empty your locker every time you practice.
- Please make sure you have everything you came in with. We do our best with lost and found items and have enough room to store items for a week before clothes and mats are donated. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
- Practice your yoga with a positive energy. We will help you smile.
