As New Yorkers on the LES, we know the importance of making time to focus on ourselves, and boast a team of New York City’s finest instructors to guide you through your practice. Dripping sweat and sharing love with us in our established studio will do more for your well-being than you ever could have imagined.

We offer a beginner’s level yoga and all classes are open to all students and we boast a team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors who lead you through the series. Class times differ from 60, 75 and 90 minutes so please check the schedule. Classes take place in a heated room, and consist of the same 26 postures each time.
