Dear Tricia:

I am addicted to Bikram Yoga Lower East Side!!! And I don’t care who knows it…because once they experience Bikram Yoga LES they too will be happily addicted!

The first time I crossed Bikram LES’s threshold I felt the welcoming vibration of the studio…I could feel the love and care upon which it had been built. What is also very present is the context of the studio which has been lovingly created and nurtured by you Tricia. The context is: professionalism, courtesy, respect, maintaining the integrity of the Bikram yoga method and attention to the minutest detail…I mean you have pink bags, pink sparkle lights, pink chandelier and pink bath mats…good grief you have pink hair!!! I feel totally welcomed, supported and taken care of at Bikram Yoga LES.

The practice has touched my life in a myriad of ways. Personally, it gave me the strength and courage I needed when my mother was extremely ill last year. Professionally, incorporating the basics of the practice my company has grown leaps and bounds. Whatever the situation I know that I have the ability to go deeper, I know that I CAN make it through whatever and on to higher heights!

Oh yeah…and I look like a hottie!! I have an awesome pair of low rise leather pants that I look positively divalicious in!!
